Choose the clothes, expressions and moment that feel most like the two of you.

Your own kind of together. A familiar embrace or the clothes from your favorite day out can make the design feel personal. Share a clear photo of each face, even if the photos were taken separately.

What to send. Share a relaxed couple photo and separate face references if either face is partly hidden. One clear, well-lit photo taken straight on, with the face unobscured, gives the sculptor the most to work with. Phone photos are fine.

Can we choose casual clothes instead of formal wear? Yes. Share the outfits and pose that feel most like you. Flowers, scene backgrounds and extra accessories can be discussed separately.

Material. Polymer clay, shaped by hand by a sculptor, then baked and finished: softer edges, a warmer handmade character, and no two are ever identical. Available at 10, 14 and 18 cm (4, 5.5 and 7 in).

Which size. 10 cm (4 in) is the usual gift size and the one most people choose. 14 cm (5.5 in) has real shelf presence. 18 cm (7 in) is a centrepiece.

How it works. Add your photos on this page (up to 10), or check out first and email them to hello@voxelpals.com. Your figure is sculpted by hand from the start: you see photos of the face first (usually within 3–4 days of receiving your photo), then the finished figure before it ships. You can cancel for a full refund before the sculptor starts; once we have confirmed your order and sculpting has begun, it can’t be refunded for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, we remake it or refund you. Free worldwide shipping with no minimum spend; most US orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo.

Sending more than one photo. The upload here takes a single image, and one photo with everyone in it works best. If you would rather send a separate shot of each person, order first and reply to your confirmation email with the extras. We wait for them before we start.

How it arrives. Figure only, packed to survive the post. Add premium gift packaging if it is going straight to someone.

Scenes and extra props. Standard figures can be ordered online. Backgrounds, scene settings and extra accessories are quoted separately.

Worth knowing. This is a sculpted, stylised interpretation of your photo, not a scan and not a portrait replica. The likeness comes from hair, outfit, colours and pose. You get photos at every step, so there are no surprises. Prices include import duties for the US, and VAT and import duties for Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.
