Your figure is sculpted by hand from the start: you see photos of the face first (usually within 3–4 days of receiving your photo), then the finished figure before it ships. You can cancel for a full refund before the sculptor starts; once we have confirmed your order and sculpting has begun, it can’t be refunded for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, we remake it or refund you. Free worldwide shipping with no minimum spend; most US orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo.

What to send. One clear, well-lit photo, taken straight on, with the face unobscured. A full-length shot helps us get the outfit and posture right. Phone photos are fine.

Props. Small handheld things (a bouquet, a book, a coffee cup, a football) are included free. Larger pieces like a scene base, a motorbike or a car are modelled from scratch and quoted per piece; we email you the price before anything is charged, and nothing extra is taken at checkout.

How it arrives. Figure only, packed to survive the post. The likeness comes from hair, outfit, colours and pose. You get photos at every step, so there are no surprises.
