When to order and what to expect from delivery
Most orders arrive 20–25 days after we have the photo. Count from when we receive the photo, not just the date you place the order, and allow extra time before an anniversary gathering.
The sculptor makes the head first, and we usually send photos of it within 3–4 days of receiving your photo. Once the head is right, the hair and body take about 8–12 days, and we send photos of the finished figure before shipping.
