Compare custom figurine quotes by matching scope before comparing the total. A lower price can describe a smaller or simpler product rather than a better deal for the same work.

Put the offers in the same format

Record the people and pet counts, finished dimensions, material, base, included accessories and packaging. Note whether the size includes the base and whether a group uses the same character scale as a single figure.

If one quote includes a full scene and another covers people only, separate those items before deciding which is more expensive.

Compare the design process

Ask what kind of proof is included, which changes are possible and how revisions are handled. A custom face on a preset body is a different scope from a fully designed pose and outfit.

Do not assume unlimited revisions or a specific level of likeness from the word personalized. Write down the actual agreed process and any limitations.

Check costs beyond the figure

Look at shipping, separately quoted accessories and other applicable charges shown for your order. Use the current checkout and written quote rather than an old promotional image.

At VoxelPals, standard figure options can be ordered directly; backgrounds, furniture and extra scene accessories require a separate quote. Our scene scope guide explains that distinction.

Compare evidence and practical fit

Evaluate photographs of relevant finished work, material descriptions, care information and the complete timeline. A heavily styled illustration does not prove that a more elaborate physical product is included.

Ask whether the item fits the recipient's display space and preferences. Paying for details too small to see or scenery too large to place may not improve the gift.

Use a simple final question: “Are these offers for the same people, size, customization, finish and included items?” Once that answer is clear, the price comparison becomes meaningful rather than a contest between unrelated headline numbers.
