These are the last order dates our shop uses in each country for the 2026 holiday season, as checked on October 24, 2026.
- United States: Thanksgiving (November 26): order by October 31. Christmas: order by November 20.
- Australia: Christmas: order by November 20.
- Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg and Belgium: Christmas: order by November 22.
- Switzerland: Christmas: order by November 22.
- Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium: Sinterklaas (December 5): order by November 5. Christmas: order by November 22.
- Spain: Christmas: order by November 22. Three Kings' Day (January 6): order by December 4.
For other countries, such as the UK or Canada, we do not publish a holiday date; delivery time there depends on the destination. If you need a figure by a particular day, tell us the date before you order and we will confirm honestly whether it is achievable.
Why the dates are this early
Every figure is made to order from your photo, so the clock starts on the day we have your photo, not the day you check out. An order moves through three stages:
- Design, 2–3 days for a brick figure (a digital proof), or 3–4 days for a 3D polymer clay figure (photos of the sculpted face).
- Build, 8–12 days after you approve: the figure is made, finished, checked and packed.
- Transit: about 10 days to US addresses, and most US orders arrive 20–25 days end to end. For other countries, delivery time depends on the destination.
Customs inspections and the peak weeks before Christmas can add several days, and so can extra rounds of changes: if we are still fine-tuning your figure before you approve it, the delivery date moves with it. We cannot promise holiday delivery, so the earlier you order, the more room you have.
How to make the date
- Send your photo when you order. Upload it on the product page (up to 10 photos, 12 MB each, JPG, PNG or WebP). You can order first and email it to hello@voxelpals.com, but delivery is counted from the day we have it.
- Send one clear photo of each person or pet. They do not have to be from the same day. Tell us who is who and how you would like the group arranged.
- Reply quickly when we ask for your approval. For a brick figure, nothing is built until you approve the digital proof. For a 3D figure, we sculpt the head first and send you photos; once the head is right, we make the hair and body, then send photos of the finished figure before it ships.
- Settle a pet's pose up front. 3D pet figures are made in one piece and copy the pose in the photo you choose, so if you want a different pose, tell us right after you order and we will confirm it with you before we start.
- Ship it straight to them. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add premium gift packaging on the product page. The photos for your approval come to you, not to them, so it stays a surprise.
Ordering after the last date
We keep taking orders after each cutoff. Once a date has passed, our pages say that orders placed now may arrive after Christmas (in Spain, after Three Kings' Day on January 6). Our product pages also note that a rush service is available: if time is short, contact us before you order and we will tell you whether your date can still be met.
