Will it arrive before Christmas?
Allow 20-25 days after we have your photo, and longer if the proof needs more rounds. We cannot promise holiday delivery, so order early.
Can we include the dog?
This set is people only. For one or two people with a pet, see our Pet lovers design, or ask us about adding a pet to a larger group.
Can you add a tree or presents?
Trees, presents, fireplaces and full scenes are quoted separately. The figures, outfits and standard base are included.
Are backgrounds and full scenes included?
The online price is for your selected standard figures and packaging. Backgrounds, furniture and larger accessories need a separate quote.
Can I get it unassembled and build it myself?
Yes. We can send your figure as loose bricks with step-by-step building instructions. Just add a note when you order, or tell us in reply to your order confirmation email.
Can you make a figure for more than 6 people?
Yes. For groups of more than 6, please contact us for a separate quote.
