Can older and newer photographs be used together?
Yes. Tell us which photo should guide each feature or outfit so that the design follows the look you intend.
Will I see my figure before it is finished?
Yes. The sculptor sends photos of the face for your adjustments first, then photos of the finished figure before it ships.
Are backgrounds and extra accessories included?
Standard figures and your selected options can be ordered here. Backgrounds, furniture and extra scene accessories require a separate quote.
Can I order for a special date?
Please contact us before ordering for a fixed date so we can check the current design, production and delivery schedule.
Can I send several photos (face, outfit, props)?
Yes. Upload several photos or send them by email after you order, and tell us which photo to use for the face, the outfit and any props.
Can you add props?
Yes. Small hand-held props are free. For larger props such as a bike or a car, please contact us first so we can confirm.
What's the largest size you make?
Our standard sizes go up to 18 cm for people, 10 cm for dogs and 8 cm for cats. Larger sizes (for example 35 cm) can be made as a custom order: contact us or email hello@voxelpals.com.
Can you make a figure for more than 6 people?
Yes. For groups of more than 6, please contact us for a separate quote.
