Let’s talk about your ideaIs this only for wedding anniversaries?
Not at all. Celebrate the day you met, a first date, a wedding anniversary or another date that belongs to you. Tell us what the occasion means in your notes.
Can we wear everyday clothes?
Absolutely. Share a favorite dress, a familiar shirt, the outfits from a trip or your wedding clothes. Clear references help us understand which details matter.
Can I include more than two people?
Choose two, four or six figures on this page. Identify each person in your photos and explain how you would like the group arranged.
Will I see the design before it is finished?
The sculptor sends photos of the face for your changes first, then photos of the finished figure before it ships. Your own reference photos guide the final design.
Are the room, flowers and accessories included?
The standard order covers your selected figures, a simple base and the options you choose. Furniture, backgrounds, scene accessories and special additions are quoted separately.
Can it arrive before our anniversary?
Please contact us before ordering for a fixed date. We will check the current design, production and delivery schedule with you; a date entered in your notes is not a delivery guarantee.
Can I send several photos (face, outfit, props)?
Yes. Upload several photos or send them by email after you order, and tell us which photo to use for the face, the outfit and any props.
Can you add props?
Yes. Small hand-held props are free. For larger props such as a bike or a car, please contact us first so we can confirm.
What's the largest size you make?
Our standard sizes go up to 18 cm for people, 10 cm for dogs and 8 cm for cats. Larger sizes (for example 35 cm) can be made as a custom order: contact us or email hello@voxelpals.com.
Can you make a figure for more than 6 people?
Yes. For groups of more than 6, please contact us for a separate quote.
