Your pet’s markings, ear set and attitude, sculpted and hand-painted on a polished base. The details that make it your animal rather than a generic one of its breed.
Made for
Pet birthdays and gotcha days. Owners of mixed breeds no shop figurine will ever match. Memorial pieces after a pet has died. It is the most common reason people order this one, and we take our time with it.
Material
Polymer clay , shaped by hand by a sculptor, then baked and finished: softer edges, a warmer handmade character, and no two are ever identical. Available at 6, 8 and 10 cm (2.5, 3 and 4 in) for dogs; cats are made at 6 or 8 cm (2.5 or 3 in).
Which size
10 cm (4 in) is the usual gift size and the one most people choose. 8 cm (3 in) is a little smaller and fits easily on a desk or windowsill.

How it works
Add your photos on this page (up to 10), or check out first and email them to hello@voxelpals.com. Your figure is sculpted by hand from the start: you see photos of the face first (usually within 3–4 days of receiving your photo), then the finished figure before it ships. You can cancel for a full refund before the sculptor starts; once we have confirmed your order and sculpting has begun, it can’t be refunded for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, we remake it or refund you. Free worldwide shipping with no minimum spend; most US orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo.
What to send
One clear, well-lit photo, taken straight on, with the face unobscured. A full-length shot helps us get the outfit and posture right. Phone photos are fine.
Props
Small handheld things (a bouquet, a book, a coffee cup, a football) are included free. Larger pieces like a scene base, a motorbike or a car are modelled from scratch and quoted per piece; we email you the price before anything is charged, and nothing extra is taken at checkout.
How it arrives
Figure only, packed to survive the post. Add premium gift packaging if it is going straight to someone.
Worth knowing
This is a sculpted, stylised interpretation of your photo, not a scan and not a portrait replica. The likeness comes from hair, outfit, colours and pose. You get photos at every step, so there are no surprises. Prices include import duties for the US, and VAT and import duties for Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. For other countries, import duties and taxes are handled by our shipping partner.

What pose will my pet's figure have?

We copy the pose in the photo you choose. If you'd like a different pose (for example, tail showing or head facing straight ahead), tell us after you order and we'll confirm it with you before we start. Pet figures are made in one piece, so once finished only small detail touch-ups are possible.

What's the largest size you make?

Our standard sizes go up to 18 cm for people, 10 cm for dogs and 8 cm for cats. Larger sizes (for example 35 cm) can be made as a custom order: contact us or email hello@voxelpals.com.

What we pay attention to.

Markings, ears and the way they stand

The breed gives us the silhouette, but the ears, the coat pattern and where the white patches fall are what make people say the name out loud. Tell us the marking you would spot from across a room.

A softened sculpt still has to be them

Sculpted proportions soften a muzzle quickly, and that is where a pet can drift into generic. The photos of the sculpt exist for exactly that moment: say it is not them yet and we go back into the sculpt.

Sculpted body, hand-painted markings

The body is sculpted by hand in polymer clay and baked, and the markings are painted on by hand, so a patch can sit where it actually sits instead of snapping to the nearest brick edge.
