Can I order it without them knowing?
Yes. The proof is sent to you. Choose premium gift packaging if it ships straight to them.
Their birthday is soon. Will it make it?
Allow 20-25 days after we have your photo. If time is tight, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
Are backgrounds and full scenes included?
The online price is for your selected standard figures and packaging. Backgrounds, furniture and larger accessories need a separate quote.
Can I get it unassembled and build it myself?
Yes. We can send your figure as loose bricks with step-by-step building instructions. Just add a note when you order, or tell us in reply to your order confirmation email.
