What if I only have an old or blurry photo?
Send the best one you have, plus any others that show different angles. We will tell you honestly what we can see before you approve anything.
Can I take my time with the proof?
Yes. There is no rush to approve. Tell us what to change, and nothing is built until you say yes.
Can two people be remembered together?
Yes. Choose 2 people and send a photo of each. They stand side by side on one base.
Are backgrounds and full scenes included?
The online price is for your selected standard figures and packaging. Backgrounds, furniture and larger accessories need a separate quote.
Can I get it unassembled and build it myself?
Yes. We can send your figure as loose bricks with step-by-step building instructions. Just add a note when you order, or tell us in reply to your order confirmation email.
