A custom figurine from a photo turns a familiar face into a hand-sculpted polymer clay keepsake. Each piece is made to order by a sculptor, oven-baked, painted by hand, and placed on a polished base. It’s a stylized interpretation of your photo, not a scan.

These personalized figurines suit couples, families, pet lovers, and anyone celebrating a wedding, anniversary, or retirement. You can also order a figurine of yourself, complete with an outfit and pose based on your photos.

These starting prices for our US store cover the “Figure only” option. “Premium gift packaging” costs an additional $5.

Small handheld props, such as a bouquet, book, cup, or ball, are included. Larger props and scenes are quoted separately before anything is charged.

How to order, step by step

• Choose your figure, size, and Style. Figures of people come in 10, 14, or 18 cm sizes.
• Send your photos. Upload up to 10 JPG, PNG, or WebP files, up to 12 MB each. One clear photo of each face is enough; a full-length photo helps with clothing and posture. You can also order first and email your photos to hello@voxelpals.com later.
• See the sculpted head. The sculptor makes the head first. We usually send photos of it within 3–4 days of receiving your photo.
• See the finished figure. Once the head is right, the hair and body take about 8–12 days. We send photos of the finished piece before shipping.

Delivery and shipping

Shipping for custom figurines made from photos is free and tracked. Most orders arrive 20–25 days after we receive your photo, and US import duties are included in the price. Check our sizes, prices, and delivery guide for more information.

Hand-sculpted figures vs. apps and scans

A photo-to-3D app creates a digital model, while a 3D scan captures a subject’s shape. Here, a sculptor makes your 3D figure from a photo by hand in polymer clay, interpreting the person rather than reproducing a scan.

How much does a custom figurine cost?

3D Mini You starts at $99 for the 10 cm figure. The price depends on the figure and size you choose.

Can I order a 3D statue from a photo with a fixed head?

Yes. For figures of people, the default Style is “Bobblehead,” with a small spring that lets the head nod when tapped. Choose “Standard figure” under “Style” for a fixed head at the same price.

What sizes do pet figurines come in?

Standalone dogs come in 6, 8, or 10 cm sizes; cats come in 6 or 8 cm. Pets are never bobbleheads.

Can I order a figurine of a celebrity?

No. We only make figures of people who consent to having one made, not celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted characters.

Can I cancel my custom figurine order?

You can cancel for a full refund before sculpting starts. After that, clay figures cannot be refunded for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free remake or full refund.
