Short answer: VoxelPals 3D figures of people come in 10, 14 or 18 cm (about 4, 5.5 or 7 in) and start at $99 for one person on the US store; 3D pet figures are 6–10 cm and start at $94, and brick figures are built to one display size and start at $89. Shipping is free on every order, and most US orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo. Outside the US, prices are shown in your local currency where we offer it.
Sizes
3D figures (polymer clay)
- 10 cm (4 in): the usual gift size and the one most people choose.
- 14 cm (5.5 in): real shelf presence.
- 18 cm (7 in): a centrepiece.
- Pets: dogs at 6, 8 or 10 cm (about 2.5, 3 or 4 in); cats at 6 or 8 cm (about 2.5 or 3 in).
Sizes are the height of the finished figure. We confirm the complete footprint, including the base and any props, in your proof; product images are not a size guide. Larger sizes, for example 35 cm, can be made as a custom order.
Brick figures
Brick figures are built to one display size: the scale is set by the parts, so there is nothing to choose. Our FAQ gives their height as up to about 14 cm (5.5 in). If you need exact measurements, ask us to confirm the height, width and depth of your design before ordering.

These are the starting prices shown on the US store, in US dollars, for the figure only. In other countries prices are shown in local currency where we offer it, and the final price is always on the product page before you order.
3D figures

- Two people, e.g. 3D Duo: from $164.
- Four figures, e.g. 3D Crew: from $294.

A bobblehead and a standard figure cost the same. Some occasion designs also come with three or six figures, and some single-figure designs start at $109.
Brick figures

- You and your pet, Mini You + Pet: $129.
- Two people, The Duo — Classic: $139.
- Three people, The Trio — Classic: $184.

Extras
- Premium gift packaging: $5 more on the US store. Every figure ships in clean protective packaging either way.
- Props: small handheld props, such as a bouquet, a book or a coffee cup, are free. Larger props, backgrounds and scenes are quoted separately and are not included in the price shown.
- Bulk or group orders (wedding favours, corporate gifts, one figure each for a team): contact us with how many you need, which design and the date, and we confirm the price before you order.
- Rush service: available; ask us before you order.
Delivery time
Delivery time is counted from the day we have your photo, not from the day you approve the proof. An order moves through three stages:
- Design, 2–3 days (3–4 days for polymer clay): a digital proof for brick figures, or photos of the sculpted face for 3D.
- Build, 8–12 days after your approval: made, finished, checked and packed.
- Transit: about 10 days to US addresses, and most US orders arrive 20–25 days end to end. For other countries, delivery time depends on the destination.
Remote destinations, customs inspections and peak periods around Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can add several days. If you need it by a particular date, tell us before you order and we will confirm honestly whether it is achievable. When your parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you the shipping details, with a tracking link whenever the carrier provides one.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes
- Shipping: free on every order, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum spend.
- United States: US import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland: prices include VAT and import duties.
- All other countries: import duties and taxes are handled by our shipping partner.
- We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us.
