Planning for a wedding date? Check the schedule with us before ordering.

All your questions
Can we include our parents?

Yes. Choose 4 people for the couple and one set of parents, or 6 for the couple and both sets. Send a clear photo of each person and tell us who is who.

Can it be ready before the wedding?

Allow 20-25 days after we have your photo. If we are still fine-tuning your proof, the date moves with it, so order early if you want it on the day.

Can you add an arch, a cake or a full scene?

The figures, outfits and standard base are included. Arches, cakes, backgrounds and larger props are quoted separately. Ask before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Which photos should I send?
  • A clear, straight-on photo of each face. Separate photos are fine.
  • One full-length photo of the wedding outfits.
  • Close-ups of the details you care about, like a veil, a boutonniere or the bouquet colors.

Will I see the design before it is built?

Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval, then photos at every step, and we make changes on request. We only start building once you approve it.

What if I change my mind?

Cancel before approving the proof for a full refund. After approval, your figures are made just for you. See our refund policy for details.

Can I get it unassembled and build it myself?

Yes. We can send your figure as loose bricks with step-by-step building instructions. Just add a note when you order, or tell us in reply to your order confirmation email.

Can you make a figure for more than 6 people?

Yes. For groups of more than 6, please contact us for a separate quote.
