For delivery before Christmas, order by November 20, 2026, for the United States and Australia, or November 22, 2026, for Ireland and the European countries we ship to: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Orders placed after these dates are still welcome but may arrive after the holiday. Check the Christmas 2026 order deadlines before planning your gift.

How ordering and delivery work
Choose your options, including size and Style, then upload your photos. For polymer clay figures, the sculptor makes the head first. We send photos of the head, usually within 3–4 days of receiving your photo. Once the head is right, the hair and body take about 8–12 days. You receive photos of the finished figure before shipping. For brick figures, you approve a digital proof before anything is built.
For polymer clay figures of people, “Bobblehead” is the default Style. Choose “Standard figure” under Style for a fixed head at the same price. Shipping is free and tracked; most orders arrive 20–25 days after we receive your photo. US import duties are included.

What photos do I need for a custom figurine?
One clear photo of each face is enough; a full-length photo helps with clothing and posture. Upload up to 10 photos, each up to 12 MB, in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. See our photo guide.
Can a custom Christmas figurine be a surprise gift?
Yes, the finished gift can be a surprise, but everyone depicted must agree to have a figure made. You can order first and email your photos later to hello@voxelpals.com.
What if I order after the Christmas deadline?
Your order is still welcome. It may arrive after Christmas, so keep that timing in mind when deciding how to present your gift.
