A little help with your references

A good photo is a lovely beginning.

One clear reference is a good place to start. You can explain the rest in your notes.

01

Start with the face

Choose a clear, naturally lit portrait with the expression you want to keep. Avoid strong filters and heavy shadows.

02

Tell us what matters

Use the design notes for the pose, colors and details you do not want us to miss. Extra references can be sent by replying to your order confirmation.

From your photos to their little keepsake.

Check the photos we send at every step and tell us what needs adjusting before we finish your figure.

  3. 03

Reviews come from our customers and are published after a manual check — positive or negative. They are not individually matched to an order.

A few things to know.

What if I only have a few older photographs?

Send the clearest available photos and tell us which details matter most. We can discuss what is visible before proceeding.

Will I see my figure before it is finished?

Yes. The sculptor sends photos of the face for your adjustments first, then photos of the finished figure before it ships.

Are backgrounds and extra accessories included?

Standard figures and your selected options can be ordered here. Backgrounds, furniture and extra scene accessories require a separate quote.

Can I order for a special date?

Please contact us before ordering for a fixed date so we can check the current design, production and delivery schedule.

Can I send several photos (face, outfit, props)?

Yes. Upload several photos or send them by email after you order, and tell us which photo to use for the face, the outfit and any props.

Can you add props?

Yes. Small hand-held props are free. For larger props such as a bike or a car, please contact us first so we can confirm.

What's the largest size you make?

Our standard sizes go up to 18 cm for people, 10 cm for dogs and 8 cm for cats. Larger sizes (for example 35 cm) can be made as a custom order: contact us or email hello@voxelpals.com.
