Prices in Swiss francs
On the Swiss store, all prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Starting prices for the figure only, as shown on October 24, 2026:
- 3D, hand-sculpted in polymer clay: one person CHF 84 at 10 cm (CHF 88 at 14 cm, CHF 92 at 18 cm); two people CHF 138; four people CHF 247; a pet on its own CHF 79; you and your pet CHF 126.
- Brick: one person CHF 75; a dog or cat on its own CHF 75; you and your pet CHF 109; two people CHF 117; three people CHF 155; a family with a photo frame CHF 201 for four, CHF 239 for five and CHF 281 for six.
3D figures of people can be a bobblehead or a standard figure at the same price. Premium gift packaging costs a few francs more and is priced on each product page. Our Swiss prices are converted from our reference prices, so they can change slightly; the price shown when you place your order is the one that applies.
VAT, customs and shipping
- Import VAT and customs: included. Our Swiss shipping policy states that import VAT (MWST) and customs clearance costs are included in the price, so you pay nothing on delivery.
- Shipping: free on every order, with no minimum spend.
- Where it says so: the line under each price on the Swiss store reads "inkl. Einfuhrsteuer und Verzollung, versandkostenfrei" (import tax and customs clearance included, free shipping), and the cart repeats that shipping is free and taxes and import charges are already in the price.
Delivery time to Switzerland
Our Swiss product pages say that most orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo. The Swiss shipping policy breaks this into three stages:
- Design, 2–3 days (3–4 days for polymer clay): a digital proof for brick figures, or photos of the sculpted face for 3D.
- Build, 8–12 days after your approval: made, finished, checked and packed.
- Transit: usually 6–10 working days.
The policy also sets a latest delivery: no later than 5 weeks after your approval (for polymer clay, after you approve the photos of the sculpted face). Remote addresses, customs checks and the busy weeks around Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can add a few days. For Christmas 2026, the Swiss store shows "order by November 22". If you need your figure by a particular date, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
Payment
The Swiss store accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The amount is charged when you place your order.
How a Swiss order works
- Photo: upload a clear, well-lit photo on the product page (up to 10 photos, 12 MB each), or order first and email it to hello@voxelpals.com.
- 3D figures: there is no digital design for clay. We sculpt the head first and send you photos; once the head is right, we make the hair and body, then send you photos of the finished figure before it ships.
- Brick figures: you approve a digital proof, and nothing is built until you do.
Cancelling and problems
Swiss law has no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, but you can still cancel voluntarily for a full refund: a brick figure until you approve the proof, a 3D figure until sculpting begins. If a figure arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, differs materially from what you approved or is lost in transit, we remake it free or refund you in full; please contact us within 14 days of delivery if possible. Your statutory rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations, two years from delivery, are not affected.
