- With the family or a pet. The 3D anniversary design comes with two, four or six figures, and the brick anniversary design with two people, or two people and a pet.

How to prepare the photos
- A clear, straight-on photo of each face. Separate photos are fine, even from different days.
- The outfit you want, full length if you have it, plus any hobby or prop detail.
- Tell us which photo to use for the face, the outfit and any props, and how the two of them usually stand together.
- Upload up to 10 photos on the product page, or order first and send them by email or by replying to your order confirmation.
Keeping it a surprise is easy: the proof comes to you, not to them. If the whole family is giving it, one person places the order and sends the photos, and premium gift packaging lets you hand it over at the celebration.
Names, dates and engraving
You can tell us the year or a short message in your design notes; the 3D anniversary page also has a field for your milestone, such as "10 years together". This is a note for your design brief: it does not change the price or include engraved details. Engraving and extra props are quoted separately.
Timing for a party or a fixed date
Most US orders arrive 20–25 days after we have your photo, and peak periods around Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can add several days. If you are working towards a retirement party or an anniversary date, contact us before ordering so we can check the current design, production and delivery schedule; a date entered in your notes is not a delivery guarantee.
