Let’s talk about your ideaCan I include our parents?
Yes. Choose two people for the couple, four for the couple with one set of parents, or six for the couple with both sets of parents. Identify everyone in your photos and notes.
What should I include in my photos?
Show clear faces, full wedding outfits and the pose you have in mind. Add one photo on this page or email it to hello@voxelpals.com after checkout, then reply to your order confirmation with any additional references. The photos do not need to show everyone together.
Can I review the design before it is finished?
Yes. The sculptor sends photos of the face for your adjustments first, then photos of the finished figure before it ships. Tell us which expressions and outfit details matter most.
Are flowers, arches and backgrounds included?
The online price covers standard figures and a simple base, with your selected size and packaging. Decorative scenes, arches, furniture and elaborate accessories are quoted separately. Contact us before ordering these extras.
Which size should I choose?
Select a size in the options above to see the prices. All figures are hand-sculpted in polymer clay.
Can it arrive in time for our wedding?
Contact us before ordering for a fixed date. We will check the current design, production and delivery schedule for your destination before you commit.
Can I send several photos (face, outfit, props)?
Yes. Upload several photos or send them by email after you order, and tell us which photo to use for the face, the outfit and any props.
Can you add props?
Yes. Small hand-held props are free. For larger props such as a bike or a car, please contact us first so we can confirm.
What's the largest size you make?
Our standard sizes go up to 18 cm for people, 10 cm for dogs and 8 cm for cats. Larger sizes (for example 35 cm) can be made as a custom order: contact us or email hello@voxelpals.com.
Can you make a figure for more than 6 people?
Yes. For groups of more than 6, please contact us for a separate quote.
